About the Author
Barbara J. Wendling, MA, has years of clinical experience as an educator and diagnostician in public school settings in both general and special education. Additionally, she has taught university courses, worked in educational and test publishing, and is currently an educational consultant.

Nancy Mather, PhD, is a coauthor of the Woodcock-Johnson� III (WJ III) and has authored or coauthored numerous publications, including Woodcock-Johnson� III: Reports, Recommendations, and Strategies, published by Wiley. She is a Professor at the University of Arizona.

This should be a book in all classrooms as well as special education classrooms!

I got it for a grad class I teach on educational testing and have been using it for several years. My students report that they never return this book and find it useful themselves and in working with mainstream teachers.

Excellent book and all the research that contains makes this a very valuable resource. The CD includes also a great program to get information about the effects of language and culture in learning disabilities.
